低温甲醇洗工艺在低温、高压下吸收CO2、H2S等酸性气体,而吸收CO2和H2S的富甲醇溶液经减压阀降至较低压力后进入再生系统,造成高压富液压力能的损失。采用液力透平泵,将压力能通过液力透平叶轮转换为机械能带动甲醇循环泵做功,不仅可降低电耗,而且实现了系统余能的回收。以600 kt/a合成氨装置为例,年可节电2.25×106 kW,节省电费约124万元,经济效益显著。
Low temperature methanol washing process absorbs acidic gases such as CO2 and H2S under low temperature and high pressure, while rich methanol solution goes into the regeneration system after absorbing CO2 and H2S and dropping to a lower pressure through the pressure reducing valve, which results in the pressure energy loss of high-pressure rich methanol solution. By adopting hydraulic turbine pump, pressure energy can be converted into mechanical energy to drive the work of methanol circulating pump through hydraulic turbine impeller, which can not only reduce the power consumption, but also realize residual energy recovery of system. Taking 600 kt/a ammonia plant as an example, annual power saving is 2.25×106 kW, and electricity saving is about 1.24 million yuan, with remarkable economic benefits.
