组合烧嘴氧气旋流角对GSP气化炉性能影响分析

为了优化GSP气化炉内的流场和气化炉相关的性能参数,分析了氧气旋流角分别为23°、24°、25°和26°的国产组合烧嘴的气化炉内流场分布变化,对比了不同氧气旋流角下水冷壁各部位热损、挂渣效果、气化炉内返混效果、炉渣残碳含量、吨煤产气量等指标。结果表明,氧气旋流角为26°时,GSP气化炉的各项性能最优。

Abstract:

In order to optimize the flow field in the GSP gasifier and the performance parameters related to the gasifier, the variation of flow field distribution in the gasifier of domestic combined burners with oxygen swirl angles of 23°, 24°, 25° and 26° is analyzed, and the heat loss of various parts of the water cooling wall, the effect of adhering slag and the back mixing effect in the gasifier, the residual carbon content of the slag, the gas yield per ton of coal and other factors under different oxygen swirl angles are compared. The results show that the performance of the GSP gasifier is optimal when the oxygen swirl angle is 26°.
