摘要:

在复合肥高塔熔体造粒工艺中,造粒塔塔底出现扁颗粒产品的现象比较普遍,其根本原因是产品颗粒尚未完全固化。分析了造粒塔塔底产品颗粒未完全固化的主要原因,提出只要满足造粒塔高度、通风效果、熔体自身条件及制浆工艺4个先决条件,复合肥高塔熔体造粒工艺就可获得理想的产品颗粒。

In the high tower melt granulation process of compound fertilizer, the phenomenon of oblate granule products appearing at the bottom of the prilling tower is relatively common, and the root cause is that the product particles have not been completely solidified. The main reasons for the incomplete solidification of the product particles at the bottom of the prilling tower are analyzed. It is proposed that as long as four prerequisites are met, namely the height of the prilling tower, the ventilation effect, the conditions of the melt itself and the pulping process, the compound fertilizer high tower granulation process can obtain the ideal product granules.
