摘要:

生产有机肥或微生物有机肥的主要原料是发酵后的养殖业畜禽粪便和农业废弃物,与国家标准相比,发酵后的有机原料存在各种营养元素含量不足的问题,生产上需进行调配,但在调配过程中经常出现投料不准的现象。针对有机肥生产线投料系统在运行过程中存在的问题,从设备优化设计、生产操作、安全性等方面进行分析,提出了主、副料斗并设置振动电机的优化方案,以提高装置运行的可靠性、安全性、稳定性以及投料系统的精准度,同时降低劳动力成本。

The main raw material for the production of organic fertilizer or microbial organic fertilizer is fermented livestock manure and agricultural waste, compared with the national standard, the organic raw materials after fermentation have the problem of insufficient content of various nutrients, and the production needs to be adjusted, but in the process of compounding, the phenomenon of inaccurate feeding often occurs. In connection with the problems existing in the operation process of the organic fertilizer production line feeding system, an analysis is made from the aspects of equipment optimization design, production operation, safety, etc, and an optimization scheme of setting main and auxiliary hopper and adding vibration motor is proposed to improve the reliability, safety and stability of the operation of the equipment, improve the accuracy of the feeding system and reduce the labor cost.
