浅谈粉煤气化炉用SiC-Al2 O3-Cr2 O3系捣打料及其实践应用

摘要:

介绍粉煤气化炉水冷壁的特点,分析了煤灰的熔点、黏度、灰分含量及炉膛温度、耐火捣打料对水冷壁挂渣的影响。通过引入Cr2O3,提高了碳化硅捣打料抗煤渣侵蚀的能力;特种排湿剂的加入,缩短了烘炉时间并降低了烘炉温度。实际运行结果表明,SiC-Al2O3-Cr2O3系捣打料有助于水冷壁的挂渣,起到了以渣抗渣的效果。

Abstract:

The characteristics of water-cooled wall of pulverized coal gasifier is introduced, and the influences of melting point, viscosity, ash content of coal ash, furnace temperature and refractory ramming material on adhering slag on water-cooled wall are analyzed. By introducing Cr2O3, slag erosion resistant ability of silicon carbide ramming material is improve; by adding special moisture removal agent, drying time is shortened and drying temperature is decreased. Actual operation results show that SiC-Al2O3-Cr2O3 series of ramming mass is helpful of adhering slag on water-cooled wall, and has played a role of protecting slag with slag.
