高压甲铵喷射器的性能分析及优化设计

摘要:

介绍了高压甲铵喷射器的工作原理,针对某尿素装置高压甲铵喷射器在使用过程中出现出口混合流体压力低于设计值的问题,对其性能进行了分析并进行了优化设计。优化设计后的喷嘴喉道截面面积减小、喷针直径加大,对应工况下的液氨流通面积变小,保证了喷嘴前液氨压力,使高压甲铵喷射器混合物出口压力达到了设计要求。

The operating principle of high pressure ammonium carbamate ejector is introduced, in connection with the problem that the pressure of the mixed fluids at outlet is lower than design value during use of high pressure ammonium carbamate ejector of a certain urea unit, the performance analysis is carried out and optimal design is proceeded. After optimal design, the sectional area of throat of nozzle is reduced, and diameter of needle is increased, the liquid ammonia flow area in the operating condition is decreased, the liquid ammonia pressure in front of nozzle is ensured, making outlet pressure of mixture of high pressure ammonium carbamate ejector meet the requirements of design.
