提高磷酸三丁酯测定中气相色谱仪分离效果的措施

摘要:

在以磷酸三丁酯为萃取剂将湿法磷酸净化为工业级磷酸,进而生产出可溶性特效肥料的过程中,采用气相色谱仪测定磷酸三丁酯含量。在实际测定过程中,由于气相色谱仪毛细管进样口端污染严重,致使磷酸三丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、溶剂三氯甲烷的峰难以分离。针对分析测定中存在的问题,采取裁去与进样口相连接的毛细管柱适当长度,并通过试验获得最佳的仪器工作条件,使待测溶液中各组分得到了完全分离。

Abstract:

In the process of purifying wet-process phosphoric acid to industrial phosphoric acid, and producing special dissolved fertilizer further, tributyl phosphate is used as extraction agent. In practical measurement, because sample injection port of gas chromatograph capillary column is heavily polluted, the peaks of tributyl phosphate, dibutyl phthalate and chloroform as solvent are difficult to separate. In connection with the problem in measurement, by cutting capillary column connecting to sample injection port to an appropriate length, and by testing to obtain optimum operation conditions of the instrument, each component in solution to be examined is separated completely.
