以常见的小分子甘氨酸、有机酸盐(乙酸钠、丙酸钠、丁酸钠)及醇(乙醇、丙醇、丁醇)为有机碳营养原料,浸种玉米、豌豆及小麦,探究其对种子酶活性及幼苗的影响。试验结果表明,合理浓度的小分子甘氨酸、有机酸盐及醇混合溶液浸种对增强种子酶活性、促进作物萌发及幼苗生长具有一定的营养价值。
The common small molecule glycine, organic acid salt (sodium acetate, sodium propionate, sodium butyrate) and alcohol (ethyl alcohol, propyl alcohol, butyl alcohol) are used as raw material of organic carbon nutrition to soak seeds of corn, pea and wheat to study their influences on seed enzyme activity and seedling. Experimental results show that soaking seed in mixed solution of small molecule glycine, organic acid salt and alcohol with appropriate concentration has certain nutritive value for strengthening seed enzyme activity, promoting crop germination and seedling growth.
