脱除软钾镁矾中氯化钠的试验研究
Experimental Study of Removing Sodium Chloride from Picromerite
摘要:

盐湖卤水生产软钾镁矾过程中会产生氯化钠,而氯化钠会严重影响软钾镁矾转化成硫酸钾过程中钾的收率,必须予以去除。通过对脱除软钾镁矾中氯化钠的试验研究,结果表明合理控制洗涤过程中的工艺条件可有效降低氯化钠含量,氯化钠脱除率可达87%,极大地改善了软钾镁矾精矿的质量。

Abstract:

During production of picromerite from salt lake brine, sodium chloride will be produced. Because sodium chloride has strong influence on the yield of potassium in the conversion from picromerite to potassium sulfate, it is necessary to remove it. The experimental study is carried out of removing sodium chloride from picromerite. By properly control process conditions of washing process, the content of sodium chloride can be reduced effectively, removal rate of sodium chloride reaches 87%, and the quality of picromerite concentrate is improved greatly.
