采用尿素磷酸法合成农用水溶性聚磷酸铵,讨论物料配比、聚合反应温度、聚合反应时间、固化反应温度、固化反应时间等因素对产品性能的影响。通过试验得到的最优工艺条件:磷酸与尿素的物质的量比1.0 :1.5,聚合反应温度130 ℃,聚合反应时间10 min,固化温度180 ℃,固化时间1.5 h。在此最优工艺条件下,聚磷酸铵产品的平均聚合度为11.52,在100 g水中的溶解量为3.180 g,水溶性良好。
Agricultural water-soluble ammonium polyphosphate is synthetized by phosphoric acid-urea method. The effects of factors like material ratio, polymerization temperature, polymerization time, curing reaction temperature, curing reaction time etc. on properties of product are discussed. Through experiments, the optimum process conditions are obtained: the ratio of phosphoric acid to urea is 1.0 :1.5, polymerization temperature is 130 ℃, polymerization time is 10 min, curing temperature is 180 ℃, curing time is 1.5 h. Under the optimum process conditions, average degree of polymerization of ammonium polyphosphate product is 11.52, the dissolved quantity in 100 g water is 3.180 g, the product has good water-solubility.
