低阶煤分质清洁利用多联产试验总结

摘要:

为了指导晋北现代煤化工园区的项目建设,获得低阶煤热解后的提质煤、煤气、焦油和废水的产量、收率、组分等方面的数据,在不同工况下进行了为期2个月的低阶煤分质清洁利用多联产中试试验。试验结果表明:热解炉可将煤中90%以上的挥发分提取出来,生产出高附加值的油气产品;提质煤产率随热解温度的升高而降低,煤气产率随热解温度的升高而增大;在热解温度700 ℃、热解时间7 h的条件下,焦油产率达到最大值(6.29%);热解废水产率随热解温度的升高变化不大;煤气中CH4含量较高,适合生产合成天然气。

Abstract:

In order to guide the construction project of north Shanxi modern coal chemical industry park, and to obtain data from several aspects including output, yield, components etc. of upgraded low rank coal, coal gas, tar and waste water after pyrolyzation of low rank coal, a pilot scale experiment of cascade and clean utilization of low rank coal is carried out under different working conditions for a period of two months. Experimental results show that pyrolyzing furnace can extract more than 90% of volatile components from coal, producing oil-gas products with high added-value; yield of upgraded low rank coal decreases with the increase of pyrolysis temperature, and the yield of coal gas increases with the rising of pyrolysis temperature; under conditions that the pyrolysis temperature is 700 ℃ and pyrolysis time is 7 h, the yield of tar reaches a maximum value (6.29%); the yield of pyrolysis effluent shows no big change with the rising of pyrolysis temperature; the coal gas containing high content of CH4 is suitable to produce synthetic natural gas.
