由于在甲醇合成过程中存在副反应,故在甲醇生产过程中有杂醇油产生。概述了煤制甲醇的工艺流程及甲醇合成的机理,介绍了将杂醇油引入锅炉作为燃料燃烧的应用情况。将杂醇油引入锅炉燃烧,不仅可以降低燃料煤的消耗量,而且解决了杂醇油的处置问题,具有一定的经济和环保效益。
Because there is side reaction in methanol synthesis process, fusel oil is produced in methanol production process. The process flow of coal-to-methanol and the methanol synthesis mechanism are summarized, and use conditions of fusel oil as fuel for boiler combustion are introduced. Using fusel oil as fuel for boiler combustion can not only reduce consumption of fuel coal, but also has some economic and environmental protection benefits.
