采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇和水为流动相,使用C18色谱柱和紫外可变波长检测器于245 nm波长下对阿维菌素有机肥中阿维菌素的分离和定量分析进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,在一定的质量浓度范围内,采用该分析方法测定阿维菌素有机肥中阿维菌素含量呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 87,标准偏差为1.057×10-2,相对标准偏差为2.093 7%,平均回收率为97.86%,可满足定量分析的要求。
By high performance liquid chromatography, using methanol and water as mobile phase, using C18 column and UV wavelength detector at 245 nm wavelength, an experimental study is carried out of separation and quantitative analysis of avermectin in avermectin organic fertilizer. Experimental results show that within certain mass concentration range, using this method to determine avermectin content in avermectin organic fertilizer presents a good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient is 0.999 87, standard deviation is 1.057×10-2, relative standard deviation is 2.093 7% and average recovery is 97.86%, the method can meet the requirements of quantitative analysis.
