摘要:

介绍了原子吸收分光光度法(F-AAS)和电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)的测试原理、试验条件及测定复合肥料中铁、锰、锌、铜、钙、镁含量的过程。经实验室长期实践摸索以及不同方法的对比试验,发现采用ICP-OES检测的结果误差较小,更接近理论值。2种方法测定的结果均有很强的可比性,ICP-OES可同时检测多种原子和离子,分析速度更快,检出限更低且重现性较好,而F-AAS只能单元素检测。在不考虑成本的前提下,使用ICP-OES能得到更理想的结果。

The test principles, experimental conditions and testing processes of determination of iron, manganese, zinc, copper, calcium and magnesium contents in compound fertilizer by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry (F-AAS) and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) are introduced. Through long time laboratory practice and exploration and comparative experiment of different methods, it is found that by ICP-OES, the errors of test results are smaller, being closer to theoretical value. The results of 2 determination methods have very strong comparability, but ICP-OES can measure many kinds of atoms and ions at the same time, its analysis speed is quicker, it has lower detection limit and its reproducibility is good, while F-AAS can detect only single element. On the premise of no consideration of the cost, using ICP-OES can acquire better results.
