双螯合多微添加剂的研发与工艺创制

摘要:

中微量元素是农作物正常生长不可缺少的营养元素,但各元素间的拮抗作用会大幅降低肥效,而传统的螯合剂不仅生产成本高,而且长时期使用后不易降解。研制的以氨基酸和黄腐酸为螯合剂、腐殖酸为掩蔽剂的双螯合多微添加剂,其成本仅为EDTA螯合物的8%~10%,不仅可以提高产量和肥料利用率,而且具有抗旱、抗寒、早熟、抗病、提高品质的作用。

Abstract:

Medium trace elements are indispensable nutrient for crop regular growth, but the antagonism of elements can significantly decrease fertilizer efficiency. The traditional chelating agent has not only high production cost, but also does not degrade easily after a long time use. The cost of newly developed double chelated multi-microelement additive, which uses amino acid and fulvic acid as chelating agent and humic acid as masking agent, is 8%~10% of the cost of EDTA chelate, it not only increases crop production and fertilizer efficiency, but also has the functions of drought resisting, cold resistance, precocious, disease-resistant and improving the quality.
