聚磷酸铵具有养分含量高、溶解性好等诸多优点,用作肥料已经得到越来越多的关注。聚磷酸铵在生产过程中有缩二脲生成,因此采用反相高效液相色谱法建立了聚磷酸铵中缩二脲含量的检测方法,并通过试验验证了该测定方法的准确可靠性。试验研究表明,缩二脲保留时间约为1.470 min,标准曲线线性相关系数为0.999 7,加标回收率为98.9%~101.1%。高效液相色谱法操作简单、检测快速、结果准确,可应用于以聚磷酸铵为原料的复合肥料生产过程中缩二脲含量的检测。
Ammonium polyphosphate has many advantages like high nutrient content, good solubility, etc. Its use as fertilizer has obtained more and more attention. In production process of ammonium polyphosphate, biuret is produced, so, by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography, a detection method to measure biuret content in ammonium polyphosphate is established, and the accuracy and reliability of the method is tested and verified through experiment. Experimental study shows that retention time of biuret is about 1.470 min, the linear correlation coefficient of standard curve is 0.999 7, and the spiked recovery rate is 98.9%~101.1%. High performance liquid chromatography is simple to operate, quick detection and accuracy of results, it can be used in detection of biuret content in compound fertilizer production process with ammonium polyphosphate as raw material.
