为了探明设施芹菜所施用的腐殖酸复混肥中腐殖酸的适宜含量,以美国西芹为试验材料,采用随机区组设计,研究不同腐殖酸含量水平的腐殖酸复混肥对设施芹菜产量及养分积累和分配的影响。试验结果表明:各施肥处理芹菜产量和干物质含量较对照显著提高,增产幅度为0.10%~4.64%,其中以施用含腐殖酸质量分数20%复混肥(HA4)处理效果最明显;各施肥处理可显著提高芹菜各器官氮、磷、钾含量和积累量,同样以HA4处理效果最为明显,氮、磷、钾的分配比例均表现为茎>叶;氮、磷、钾积累量与产量间存在极显著正相关关系。在试验条件下,腐殖酸复混肥中腐殖酸的适宜质量分数为20%。
In order to verify the optimal amount of humic acid in humic acid compound fertilizer applied on celery, taking the American celery as experimental material, adopting randomized block design, the research is conducted of effects of humic acid compound fertilizer with different amount of humic acid on yield and nutrient accumulation and nutrient distribution of celery. Experimental results show that the yield and dry matter content of celery applied the fertilizers are increased significantly compared with reference substance. The increase in yield is 0.10%~4.64%, and the effect of treatment HA4, which is applied compound fertilizer with mass fraction of humic content being 20%, is the most significant; each fertilizer treatments can promote nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content and accumulation in each celery organs, similarly, the effect of treatment HA4 is the most significant, the distribution ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium show that stem>leaf; nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium accumulation is significantly positive correlated with yield. Under the experimental condition, the suitable mass fraction of humic acid in humic acid compound fertilizer is 20%.
