摘要:

通过调整喷涂量和控制膜层厚度,制备了2组不同净空过滤阻力的高温陶瓷纤维除尘管(LP高温过滤管)。以D50=1.290 μm的硅微粉作为过滤对象,通过30 d的冷态过滤试验,结果表明由净空过滤阻力低的LP高温过滤管组成的过滤系统,在系统阻力较为稳定时,单位风速下的过滤阻力较小,系统TSP排放质量浓度 < 400 μg/m3(标态),PM2.5排放质量浓度 < 200 μg/m3(标态),过滤精度很高。

By adjusting quantity for spray and controlling film thickness, 2 groups of high temperature ceramic fiber dust removal tubes with different clearance filtration resistances (LP high temperature filter tubes) are prepared. Using D50=1.290 μm silica micro-powder as object filtering, a 30 days cold filtration test is carried out. Results show that when system resistance is relatively stable, the filter system consisted of LP high temperature filter tubes with low clearance filtration resistance has smaller filtration resistance at mean wind speed, system TSP emission mass concentration < 400 μg/m3 (standard conditions), PM2.5 emission mass concentration < 200 μg/m3 (standard conditions), filtration precision is very high.
