摘要:

通过对氨合成催化剂采用氮气升温的理论计算和分析,根据离心式压缩机采用氮气试车的经验,对比合成气压缩机在氢氮气介质下运行的压力和温度,得出合成气压缩机在氮气介质下运行的压力和温度技术参数,从而获得了采用氮气升温操作的压力条件并编制氨合成催化剂氮气升温操作方案。采用制定的操作方案,成功地进行了氨合成催化剂氮气升温操作,使合成气压缩机开机时间由10~12 h缩短至2 h以内,不仅减少了大量原料气的长时间排放,而且可提前8~10 h恢复合成氨生产,具有良好的经济效益。

Through theoretical calculation and analysis of ammonia synthesis catalyst heating-up with nitrogen, based on experience of centrifugal compressor test run with nitrogen, compared with pressure and temperature of synthetic gas compressor running with nitrogen medium, the technical parameters of pressure and temperature of synthetic gas compressor running with nitrogen medium are acquired, thus pressure condition of heating-up operation with nitrogen are obtained and operation scheme of ammonia synthesis catalyst heating-up with nitrogen is prepared. Adopting the prepared scheme, the operation of ammonia synthesis catalyst heating-up with nitrogen is carried out successfully, the synthesis gas compressor starting time is reduced from 10~12 h to less than 2 h, it has not only reduced the discharge of large quantity of ammonia synthesis feed gas, but also has resumed ammonia synthesis production 8~10 h ahead of schedule, having good economic benefits.
