混合进气甲烷化工艺技术研究
Study of Methanation Process Technology with Mixed Feed

摘要:

在采用组合气化工艺的煤制天然气项目中,2套气化系统的产气成分存在差异,产气负荷不同。对组合气化工艺2股原料气混合进气甲烷化和分开进气甲烷化的工艺特点进行分析,结果表明采用混合进气甲烷化方案的甲烷化装置具有模数调节灵活、设备投资省、催化剂装填量少、能耗低等特点。

Abstract:

In coal-based synthetic natural gas project adopting combined gasification process, 2 sets of gasification systems have differences in gas product composition and in gas production load. An analysis is made of the process characteristics of combined gasification systems of mixed feed methanation and separate feed methanation, results show that using mixed feed methanation scheme has the characters of flexible modulus adjustment, less equipment investment, small catalyst filling amount and low energy consumption, etc.
