介绍了“双高”原料气耐硫变换工艺及QDB系列催化剂在4 000 kt/a煤制油项目变换装置中首次工业应用情况。运行结果表明,变换装置选择“双高”原料气耐硫变换工艺及QDB系列催化剂,开工时间短,避免了大量原料气的放空;可通过调整水气比灵活调控变换装置出口变换气中的CO含量,满足生产甲醇和合成油对氢碳比的要求;变换装置运行过程中完全不需要添加蒸汽,年经济效益超过10亿元。

Abstract The first industrial application of two-high feed gas sulfur-resistant shift conversion process and QDB series catalyst in shift converter of 4 000 kt/a coal-to-liquid project is introduced. The operation results show that with two-high feed gas sulfur-resistant shift conversion process and QDB series catalyst, less start time is required for the shift converter and vent of large quantity of feed gas is avoided; the CO content of shift gas at outlet of the shift converter can be regulated and controlled flexibly through adjusting water-gas ratio, and the water-gas ratio requirement of producing methanol and synthetic oil can be met; in operation process of shift converter, there is definitely no need to add steam, the annual economic benefit is over 1 billion yuan.
