根据溶液的依数性及拉乌尔冰点下降原理,用冰点渗透压测定仪检测尿素粉尘回收液的渗透压,然后计算出尿素粉尘回收液中尿素的含量,方法的加标回收率为97.8%~102.1%,具有检测速度快、节省试剂、准确度高等优点。此外,该方法还可用于测定和评价新型功能性复混肥料的缓释效果。
Abstract Based on colligative properties of solution and the Raoul′ s law of freezing-point depression, the osmotic pressure of urea dust recovery solution is determined with freezing-point osmometer, and the urea content in urea dust recovery solution is calculated afterwards, recovery rate of standard addition of the method is between 97.8% ~ 102.1%. The method has advantages of fast detection speed, saving reagent, high accuracy, etc. Furthermore, this method can also be used to determine and evaluate the slow-release effect of new types of functional compound fertilizers.
