降低湿法磷酸中过量硫酸的研究

摘要:

针对湿法磷酸中硫酸含量偏高的问题,对不同脱硫剂的脱硫效果、反应时间以及脱硫剂加入量对脱硫效果的影响、沉降时间对脱硫后稀磷酸溶液中固体颗粒含量的影响进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:湿磷矿粉是较适宜的脱硫剂,当其添加质量分数≤4%时,50 min内反应基本完成,稀磷酸中硫酸质量分数最低可降至0.59%;脱硫后的稀磷酸溶液应自由沉降2 h以上,以减轻对浓缩系统的影响。

Abstract In connection with the problem of higher sulfuric acid content in wet-process phosphoric acid, experimental study is carried out of the effect of different desulfurizers on desulfurization, the influence of reaction time and addition amount of desulfurizer on desulfurization, and the effect of settling time on content of solid particles in dilute phosphoric acid solution after desulfurization. Experimental results show that wet phosphate rock powder is a more appropriate desulfurizer, when its mass fraction of addition amount ≤4%, the reaction can be finished mostly in 50 min, and the mass fraction of sulfate acid can be reduced to 0.59% at most; after desulfurization, the dilute phosphoric acid solution should be treated by free setting for more than 2 h to mitigate its influence on concentration system.
