Determination of Ultra Trace Organochlorine Pesticides in Water by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry with Concurrent Solvent Recondensation-Large Volume Splitless Injection

摘要:

针对现有气相色谱法检测水样中有机氯农药含量存在前处理烦琐、ECD检测器稳定性较差、易出现杂质干扰和假阳性结果等问题,利用同时溶剂浓缩大体积不分流进样技术优化了气相色谱-质谱法对水样中23种超痕量有机氯农药的测定。结果表明:该测定方法对23种有机氯农药的分离效果良好,线性相关系数均>0.994,平均相对响应因子的相对标准偏差均<18%,不同水样不同浓度平均加标回收率为67.5%~102.0%,其相对标准偏差为1.1%~9.9%,对各种水质样品的适用性良好。与标准方法相比,该方法前处理简便,检测灵敏度至少提升20倍,检出限均<0.10 ng/L,可满足所有环境水质样品的检测要求。

Abstract:

In connection with problems of the existing gas chromatography method for detecting the content of organochlorine pesticides in water samples, such as cumbersome pre-treatment, poor stability of ECD detector, prone to impurity interference and false positive results during detection, etc. the concurrent solvent recondensation large volume splitless injection technology is used to optimize the determination of 23 ultra-trace organochlorine pesticides in water samples by optimized gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The results show that the determination method has a good separation effect on 23 kinds of organochlorine pesticides, the linear correlation coefficients are all>0.994, the relative standard deviations of the average relative response factors are all < 18%, and the average recovery rate of different water samples at different concentrations is 67.5% to 102.0%, the relative standard deviation is 1.1% to 9.9%, and it has good applicability to various water quality samples. Compared with the standard method, this method is simple in pretreatment, the detection sensitivity is increased by at least 20 times, and the detection limit is all < 0.10 ng/L, which can meet the detection requirements of all environmental water quality samples.
