为了确定复合肥中聚天冬氨酸的适宜添加量,在实验室培养皿中进行了玉米发芽试验。试验共设12个处理,分别测定不同质量分数聚天冬氨酸溶液处理的玉米株高、根长、根数、植株干质量和根干质量。结果表明,最适宜的聚天冬氨酸质量分数为0.3%~0.5%,在此范围内,聚天冬氨酸对玉米根长、根数、地上部干质量和地下部根质量等有明显的促进作用。
In order to determine the appropriate addition amount of polyaspartic acid in compound fertilizer, a maize germination experiment is carried out in laboratory petri dishes. A total of 12 treatments are set up in the experiment to measure the plant height, root length, root number, plant dry mass and root dry mass of maize treated with polyaspartic acid solutions of different mass fractions. The results show that the most suitable polyaspartic acid mass fraction is 0.3% to 0.5%. Within this range, polyaspartic acid has obvious promoting effects on maize root length, number of roots, shoot dry mass and root mass.
