研究了高硼胁迫对纽荷尔脐橙幼苗离子组的影响,为脐橙生产中科学施用微量元素提供理论依据。采用营养液培养法对纽荷尔脐橙幼苗进行高硼处理(cB=200 μmol/L)和适硼处理(对照,cB=20 μmol/L),开展了离子组主成分分析、热图聚类分析以及不同部位不同元素含量间的相关性分析。B、K、Ca、Mg、Cu等元素在纽荷尔脐橙的叶中含量较高,P、Mn、Fe、Zn、Mo等元素在根中含量高于其他部位的含量; Fe是纽荷尔脐橙幼苗中含量最高的微量元素,B在叶片中含量最高,Fe和Mo在根部含量最高,而Cu在根部含量最低; 高硼胁迫下各部位中的P、K、Ca、Mg等元素含量变化不显著,但B、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mo等微量元素的含量变化显著; 通过相关性分析,从不同部位来看,高硼胁迫抑制了Cu在上部叶和Fe在根部的分配,促进了K在下部叶、Mg在上部接穗茎的积累,但对砧木茎中离子的吸收分配无明显影响。结果表明,高硼胁迫对纽荷尔脐橙幼苗各部位中B、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mo等元素的含量变化具有显著影响。

The effects of high boron stress on ionome of Newhall navel orange seedlings are studied, which provides a theoretical basis for scientific application of trace elements in navel orange production. The Newhall navel orange seedlings are subjected to high boron treatment (cB=200 μmol/L) and moderate boron treatment (control, cB=20 μmol/L) by nutrient solution culture method, and ionome principal component analysis, heat map cluster analysis and correlation analysis between different element contents in different parts are carried out. The content of elements B, K, Ca, Mg, Cu, etc. in the leaves of Newhall navel orange is relatively high, and the content of elements P, Mn, Fe, Zn, Mo, etc. in the root is higher than that in other parts; Fe is the trace element with the highest content in Newhall navel orange seedlings. B has the highest content in leaves, Fe and Mo have the highest content in roots, and Cu has the lowest content in roots; under high boron stress, the content of P, K, Ca, Mg, etc. in each part does not change significantly, but the content of trace elements such as B, Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mo changes significantly; through correlation analysis, looking at different parts, high boron stress inhibits the distribution of Cu in the upper leaves and Fe in the roots, and promotes the accumulation of K in the lower leaves and Mg in the upper scion stems, but it has no obvious effect on the ion absorption and distribution in rootstock stem. The results show that high boron stress has a significant effect on the change of content of element B, Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mo, etc. in various parts of Newhall navel orange seedlings.
