分析了秸秆发电厂的灰(渣)组成、各养分水溶性以及酸性助剂对灰(渣)的pH和养分水溶性的影响,结果表明灰(渣)中的养分水溶性不高,酸性助剂与灰(渣)之比从1:50~1:10逐渐变化时,其pH在7.62~5.70的范围内,养分水溶性逐渐提高;当助剂与灰(渣)之比为1:30时,灰(渣)的水溶性K2O占总K2O的质量分数在50%以上。在辣椒上设计了减肥增效试验,结果表明复合肥施用量减少20%,用秸秆发电厂的灰(渣)或处理后的秸秆发电厂的灰(渣)补充钾素,辣椒增产10%以上,能够实现“化肥氮磷减施20%,农作物平均增产3%”的化学肥料减施增效目标。
The composition of ash (slag) in straw power plant and the water solubility of nutrients were analyzed. The effcets of acid additives on the pH and water solubility of ash (slag) were also analyzed. The results showed that the water solubility of nutrients in ash (slag) is not high, when the ratio of acid additives to ash (slag) changes gradually from 1:50~1:10, the pH is in the range of 7.62~5.70, and the nutrient water solubility gradually increases. When the ratio of acid additives to ash (slag) is kept as 1:30, the water-soluble K2O of ash (slag) accounts for more than 50% of the total K2O. The experiment of fertilizer reducing and efficiency increasing was designed on the hot pepper. The results showed that the application amount of compound fertilizer was reduced by 20%, using the ash (slag) of straw power plant or the treated ash (slag) of straw power plant was supplemented with potassium, the yield of hot pepper was increased by more than 10%. The goal of reducing the fertilizer nitrogen and phosphorus by 20% and increasing the crop yield by 3% could be realized.
