高效液相色谱法测定缓释氮肥草酰胺的含量

摘要:

在以InertSustain C18柱为色谱柱、乙腈和质量分数0.1%硫酸按体积比1:19配制的溶液为流动相、流速为0.8 mL/min、检测波长为205 nm、进样量为20 μL的条件下,建立了高效液相色谱法测定新型缓释氮肥草酰胺含量的方法。试验结果表明,该高效液相色谱法精密度高、重现性良好,可以准确测定产品草酰胺的含量。

Abstract:

A method for the determination of content of a new type slow-release nitrogen fertilizer oxamide by high performance liquid chromatography was developed. The measurement was performed on an InertSustain C18 column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile and 0.1% sulfuric acid with volume rate of 1:19 at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 205 nm, and the injection volume was 20 μL. The result showed that this method can be used to accurately determine oxamide content with high precision and good reproducibility.
