建立了液相色谱法同时测定肥料中吲哚-3-乙酸和吲哚丁酸的分析方法。样品经甲醇涡旋振荡、超声提取后,以ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5.0 μm)为分离柱,用甲醇和2.0%(体积分数)的乙酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,在检测波长280 nm处进行测定。试验结果表明:吲哚-3-乙酸和吲哚丁酸的质量浓度均在1.0~100.0 mg/L范围内与其对应的峰面积呈线性关系,检出限为5 mg/kg,定量限为10 mg/kg。样品的加标回收率为91.46%~104.5%,相对标准偏差为2.0%~4.7%。该方法测定结果准确、灵敏度高,可满足肥料中吲哚-3-乙酸和吲哚丁酸的测定。
An analytical method for simultaneous determination of indole-3-acetic acid and indole butyric acid in fertilizers by liquid chromatography has been established. the ZORBAX SB-C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5.0 μm) is used as the separation column, and methanol and 2.0% (volume fraction) acetic acid solution are used as mobile phases for gradient elution, after methanol vortex oscillation and ultrasonic extraction, the sample is measured at the detection wavelength of 280 nm. The results show that the mass concentrations of indole-3-acetic acid and indole butyric acid are linearly related to their corresponding peak areas within the range of 1.0~100.0 mg/L. The detection limit is 5 mg/kg and the quantification limit is 10 mg/kg; the sample recovery rate is 91.46%~104.5%, and the relative standard deviation is 2.0%~4.7%. The method has accurate results and high sensitivity, which can meet the requirements for determination of indole-3-acetic acid and indole butyric acid in fertilizers.
