氯离子含量是复合肥料质量的判定指标,检测肥料中氯离子的含量对合理施肥、改良土壤、有效提高作物产量具有重要意义。国家标准《复混肥料(复合肥料)》(GB/T 15063—2009)中测定复合肥料中氯离子含量的方法操作烦琐、试剂消耗量多、终点颜色不易判定。试验采用全自动电位滴定仪法测定复合肥料中氯离子的含量,考查了方法的准确度和精密度。结果表明,采用全自动电位滴定仪法测定复合肥料中氯离子的含量,具有操作简便、快速、不受溶液颜色和浊度的干扰等特点,方法的准确度和精密度能满足国家标准的要求。
Chloride ion content is a criterion of judgment for compound fertilizers. Determination of chloride ion content in fertilizers is of great significance for rational fertilization, soil improvement, and effective increase of crop yield. In the national standard "Compound fertilizer (Complex fertilizer)" (GB/T 15063—2009), the method of determining the chloride ion content in compound fertilizers is cumbersome to operate, consumes a lot of reagents, and it is difficult to determine the color of the end point. In the experiment, automatic potentiometric titration method is used to determine the content of chloride ion in compound fertilizers, and the accuracy and precision of the method are examined. The results show that the automatic potentiometric titration method for determination of chloride ion content in compound fertilizers has the characteristics of simple operation, rapid operation, and no interference from the color and turbidity of the solution. The accuracy and precision of the method can meet the requirements of national standards.
