掺烧石油焦后,多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化炉出现炉壁超温和耐火砖侵蚀严重的情况,不利于气化炉的安全运行。通过对气化炉内部挂渣情况和耐火砖侵蚀情况的观察,造成耐火砖侵蚀的主要原因是石油焦的掺烧比例过高,使气化炉炉壁内挂渣不均,无法形成足够厚度的渣膜,导致砖缝窜气;掺烧高比例石油焦导致炉壁上积存相对较多的碳,碳与氧气反应,导致局部氧分压过低,耐火砖中的铬损失严重,继而引发耐火砖孔洞性损伤。通过调整石油焦的掺烧比例,气化炉炉壁超温和耐火砖侵蚀严重的情况得到了有效缓解。

After blending of petroleum coke, the multi-nozzle opposed coal-water slurry gasifier has the situation of gasifier wall over temperature and serious erosion of refractory brick, which is not conducive to the safe operation of the gasifier. By observing the condition of adhering slag and refractory brick erosion inside the gasifier, it is found that the main cause of erosion of the refractory brick is that the proportion of petroleum coke blended is too high, which results in uneven adhering slag on the gasifier wall, and a slag film of sufficient thickness cannot be formed, causing brick seam blow by; the high proportion of petroleum coke blended leads to the accumulation of relatively more carbon element on the gasifier wall, which causes the carbon to react with oxygen, resulting in part low partial pressure of oxygen and a serious loss of chromium in the refractory brick, which then brings about hole damage of the refractory brick. By adjusting the blending proportion of petroleum coke, the situation of over temperature of the gasifier wall and the serious erosion of the refractory bricks has been effectively improved.
