不同气源条件下合成氨装置的工艺优化及运行总结

为解决以天然气裂解制乙炔装置的尾气为原料气的合成氨生产装置原料气供应不足的问题,试验将以煤为原料的甲醇合成装置的低温甲醇洗工序出口的甲醇合成气引入合成氨装置,并进行了接入口、脱碳高压闪蒸气回收、变压吸附工序等工艺的优化。通过对合成氨装置局部实施技术改造,引入甲醇合成气后,合成氨装置实现了以乙炔尾气、甲醇合成气、甲醇合成气-乙炔尾气为原料的3种运行模式,提高了装置弹性。

In order to solve the problem of insufficient feed gas supply for synthetic ammonia production plant using tail gas of the natural gas cracking acetylene unit as the feed gas, experiment is carried out of introducing the methanol synthesis gas from the outlet of the low-temperature methanol washing unit of the methanol synthesis plant using coal as the raw material into the synthetic ammonia plant, and the processes of the inlet, the recovery of high-pressure flashing gas from decarburization, and the pressure swing adsorption process are optimized. Through partial technical transformation of the synthetic ammonia plant and the introduction of methanol synthesis gas, the synthetic ammonia plant has realized three operating modes with acetylene tail gas, methanol synthesis gas, and methanol synthesis gas-acetylene tail gas as raw materials, which improves the flexibility of the plant.
