铜铝复合管与碳钢管板的胀接及拉脱力试验

摘要:

铜铝复合管(ACC管)是一种新型的铝包铜换热管,其将铜良好的瞬间吸热能力与铝良好的散热能力相结合,具有换热效果好、质量轻、制造成本低等特点。为考察其与碳钢管板的胀接工艺性能及胀接拉脱力,进行了胀接和拉脱力试验。结果表明,ACC管与碳钢管板在不开槽胀接时的胀接减薄率合格,其连接接头具有很强的拉脱强度,胀后的拉脱力满足国家标准的相关要求,为将ACC管用于管壳式换热器的制造提供了依据。

Aluminum clad copper tube (ACC tube) is a new type of aluminum clad copper heat exchange tube, which combines the good instantaneous heat absorption capacity of copper with the good heat dissipation capacity of aluminum. It has the characteristics of good heat exchange effect, light weight, and low manufacturing cost, etc. In order to investigate the expansion joint process performance and pull-off force of the expansion joint with carbon steel tube plate, the expansion joint test and pull-off force test are carried out. The results show that the expansion joint thinning rate between the ACC tube and the carbon steel tube plate in the non-grooving expansion joint is qualified, the connection joint has a strong pull-off strength, and the pull-off force after expansion meets the relevant requirements of the national standard. The experimental results can provide a basis for the use of ACC tube in the manufacture of shell-and-tube heat exchangers.
