随着氮肥、磷肥、钾肥投入量的不断增加,我国农作物的产量也不断提高,但忽视了植物必需的微量元素的补充,因土壤中微量元素缺乏引起的人体微量元素“隐性饥饿”的现象越来越突出。综述了植物生长必需的铁、锰、硼、锌、铜、钼等微量营养元素与人体健康的关系以及人体获取上述微量营养元素的途径,以期进一步强化人们对微量元素在生命活动过程中重要性的认识,引导人们有针对性地通过食物补充微量元素,进而探索肥料-土壤-植物-动物-人体健康的关系。
With continuous increase of application of nitrogenous fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer, and potash fertilizer, the output of crops also increases in China, but the supplement of essential trace elements for plants is neglected, and the phenomenon of "hidden hunger" in human trace elements caused by the lack of trace elements in the soil is becoming more and more obvious. The relationship between iron, manganese, boron, zinc, copper, molybdenum and other micronutrient elements necessary for plant growth and human health, as well as the way the human body obtains the above micronutrient elements are summarized, in order to further strengthen people′s understanding of the importance of micronutrients in life activities, guide people to supplement trace elements through food in a targeted manner, and then explore the relationship between fertilizer, soil, plant, animal and human health.
