骨钙粉型生物有机肥在猕猴桃生产中的应用试验初报

摘要:

以牛骨提取胶原生产明胶后的废渣(骨钙粉)为原料,通过生物发酵工艺生产出骨钙粉型生物有机肥料并开展了猕猴桃大田肥效试验。3个试验点分别设置了骨钙粉型生物有机肥处理和对照处理,通过测定叶绿素相对含量、单果体积、单果质量、果实含糖量以及施肥前后土壤理化性状等指标,研究骨钙粉型生物有机肥底施或追施对猕猴桃产量及品质的影响。结果表明,骨钙粉型生物有机肥能提高叶绿素相对含量,降低黑头病发病率,增产效果明显,还能提高土壤有机质含量和产品品质。

Abstract:

Using the waste residue (bone calcium powder) left by the extraction of collagen to produce gelatin from bovine bone as raw material, a bone calcium powder type bio-organic fertilizer is produced through a biological fermentation process and a kiwi fruit field fertilizer effect experiment is carried out. The experiment set up the treatment of bone calcium powder type bio-organic fertilizer and the control treatment at 3 test points. By measuring the relative content of chlorophyll, single fruit volume, single fruit weight, fruit sugar content and soil physical and chemical properties before and after fertilization, the effect of bottom application or topdressing of the bone calcium powder type bio-organic fertilizer on the yield and quality of kiwi fruit is studied. The results show that the bone calcium powder type bio-organic fertilizer can not only increase the relative content of chlorophyll, reduce the incidence of blackhead disease, and increase the yield, but also increase the soil organic matter content and product quality.
