通过田间小区试验,研究了在缺钼、低硒土壤上施用锌、钼、硒对小白菜的作用效果及锌、钼、硒含量的影响。根据试验数据,基于主成分分析的综合评价结果表明:在供试土壤上施用钼肥处理对小白菜的作用效果最佳,施用硒肥处理次之;施用锌、钼、硒后,小白菜可食部位中锌、钼、硒的含量比对照分别提高了46%、137%和258%,且小白菜可食用部位中锌、钼、硒的含量都处于对人体健康有益的安全食用范围内。试验结果表明:根据土壤的丰缺状况合理施用微量元素肥料,不仅有利于改善蔬菜产品的营养品质,而且可提高蔬菜产品中微量元素的含量,是实现蔬菜产品生物强化的有效途径之一。
Through field plot experiment, the effects of applying zinc, molybdenum and selenium on molybdenum deficient and low selenium soil on Chinese cabbage and the content of zinc, molybdenum and selenium are studied. According to the experimental data, the comprehensive evaluation result based on the principal component analysis shows that the treatment of applying molybdenum fertilizer on the tested soil has the best effect on the Chinese cabbage, followed by the treatment of applying selenium fertilizer; after applying zinc, molybdenum, and selenium, the content of zinc, molybdenum and selenium in the edible parts of Chinese cabbage increased by 46%, 137% and 258% respectively, compared with the control, and the content of zinc, molybdenum, and selenium in the edible parts of Chinese cabbage are all within safe consumption range that is beneficial to human health. The test results show that the rational application of trace element fertilizer according to the abundance and deficiency of the soil is not only conducive to improving the nutritional quality of vegetable products, but also can increase the content of trace elements in vegetable products, which is one of the effective ways to realize vegetable product biofortification.
