针对我国磷石膏资源化利用率低及耕地质量不断下降的现状,以磷石膏、钾长石及磷尾矿为原料,开发了磷石膏制酸联产矿物型土壤调理剂硅钙钾镁肥的生产技术。长期定位试验结果表明:施用硅钙钾镁肥不仅可以补充农田土壤流失的矿质元素,还能够调节土壤酸碱性,对改善土壤结构和土壤微生态环境、提升作物产量和品质等效果显著。探讨了与土壤调理剂行业发展相关的政策支持、产品及技术创新、标准体系建设等方面存在的问题,并提出了建议。
In connection with the low utilization rate of phosphogypsum resources in China and the declining quality of cultivated land, the production technology has been developed using phosphogypsum, potash feldspar and phosphate tailings as raw materials to produce acid and co-produce mineral soil conditioner silicon-calcium-potassium-magnesium fertilizer. Long term experiment has been carried out, and the results show that the application of silicon-calcium-potassium-magnesium fertilizer can not only supplement the mineral elements lost in farmland soil, but also adjust soil acidity and alkalinity, which has significant effect on improving soil structure and soil micro-ecological environment, and improving yield and quality of crops, etc. The problems in policy support, product and technology innovation, and standard system construction related to the development of the soil conditioner industry are discussed, and suggestions are proposed.
