In order to study the effect of combined application of fertilizers on soil nutrient content, field plot experiment is carried out with potato as the test object, with a view to reducing the waste of nutrient resources caused by unreasonable fertilization and providing a theoretical basis for stabilizing high and stable yield in the main potato production areas in North China. The results show that as the soil layer deepens, the content of organic matter, total nitrogen, alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen, available phosphorus, and available potassium in the soil decreases, while the pH of the soil increases; compared with before sowing, the pH of the soil in all treatments increases after harvesting, the content of total nitrogen and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen in the soil treated with nitrogen fertilizer increases, the content of available phosphorus in the soil treated with phosphate fertilizer increases, the content of available potassium in the soil treated with potassium fertilizer increases, and the content of organic matter in the soil of each fertilization treatment increases; balanced organic and inorganic fertilization has the most significant effect on increasing the content of organic matter, total nitrogen, alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium in the soil.
