新型微生物生态肥制备技术与微生物菌剂生产装置的开发

摘要:

针对常年大量和盲目使用化肥导致的土壤理化性能变差、土传病害传播严重等情况,研发了一种微生物生态肥以及配套的可实现连续生产的微生物菌剂生产装置。通过创新内生芽孢杆菌应用技术,建立了对原始菌种的单独培植、纯化复壮、液体制种、三级液体发酵、板式压滤、低温干燥等工艺技术方案,制得了新型微生物生态肥。微生物生态肥绿色环保,既可促进作物生长,又可达到防控土传病害、修复和改良土壤的目的。微生物菌剂生产装置不仅可连续生产,而且效率高、生产的产品质量稳定。

In connection with the deterioration of soil physical and chemical properties and the serious spread of soil-borne diseases caused by perennial heavy and blind use of chemical fertilizers, a microbial ecological fertilizer and a supporting microbial agent production equipment that can realize continuous production have been developed. Through innovative endophytic bacillus application technology, a new type of microbial ecological fertilizer is prepared by processes of establishing a single cultivation of original strain, purification and rejuvenation, liquid seed production, three-stage liquid fermentation, plate filter press, and low temperature drying, etc. The microbial ecological fertilizer is green and environmentally friendly, which can not only promote crop growth, but also achieve the purpose of preventing and controlling soil-borne diseases, repairing and improving soil. The microbial agent production equipment can not only produce continuously, but also has high efficiency and stable product quality.
