为提高桃子产量、改善桃子品质、实现减量施肥目标,根据桃树生长发育的营养需求,设计了桃子均衡营养肥并开展了田间肥效试验。通过测定不同施肥处理的桃子中可溶性总糖、有机酸、维生素C、游离氨基酸、黄酮等的含量,探讨了桃子均衡营养肥对桃子品质的影响。经综合分析评价:桃子均衡营养肥在大幅减少施肥量和确保桃子产量的情况下,改善了桃子品质,提高了桃子营养价值;桃子均衡营养肥的应用不仅可以大幅减少氮、磷、钾的用量,降低施肥成本,而且有利于修复或恢复土壤生态。
In order to increase the yield, improve the quality of peach and achieve the goal of reducing fertilizer application, according to the nutritional requirements of the growth and development of peach tree, a balanced nutrition fertilizer for peach is designed and field fertilizer efficiency experiment is carried out. By measuring the content of soluble total sugar, organic acid, vitamin C, free amino acid, flavonoids, etc. in peach with different fertilization treatments, the effect of peach balanced nutrition fertilizer on peach quality are discussed. Comprehensive analysis and evaluation show that the balanced nutrition fertilizer for peach improves the quality and nutritional value of peach while greatly reducing the amount of fertilization and ensuring the yield of peach; the application of balanced nutrition fertilizer for peach can not only greatly reduce the application amount of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, reduce the cost of fertilization, but also help to repair or restore the soil ecology.
