为了验证食用菌渣制成的微生物肥料在农作物上的实际应用效果,以萝卜和芹菜为试验对象,开展了田间小区试验。结果表明:与不施肥空白对照相比,施用食用菌渣制成的微生物肥料可显著提高作物的产量和品质,萝卜和芹菜最高可分别增产79.2%和120.8%;萝卜中的维生素C、蛋白质、可溶性糖含量均有所提高,而亚硝酸盐含量有所降低;芹菜中的叶绿素相对含量有较大程度的提高,且促进芹菜长势。食用菌渣微生物肥料不仅可改善土壤理化指标,而且可以提高作物产量和品质。
In order to verify the actual application effect of microbial fertilizer made from edible fungus residue on crops, a field plot experiment is carried out with radish and celery as the test objects. The results show that compared with blank control without fertilization, the application of microbial fertilizer made from edible fungus residues can significantly increase crop yield and quality. The yield of radish and celery can be increased by up to 79.2% and 120.8%, respectively; the content of vitamin C, protein and soluble sugar in radish has been increased, while the nitrite content has been reduced; the relative content of chlorophyll in celery has been increased to a greater extent, and the growth of celery has been promoted. The microbial fertilizer made from edible fungus residue can not only improve soil physical and chemical indexes, but also increase crop yield and quality.
