采用以腐殖酸原粉、白云石为原料生产的新型土壤调理剂开展上海青盆栽试验,研究了土壤调理剂对上海青生长的影响以及土壤理化性质的变化,确定了土壤调理剂与复合肥配施的最佳施用量。试验共设5个处理,考察了上海青的农艺性状和土壤的理化性质。结果表明:施用土壤调理剂可以改善碱性土壤的理化性质,有机质含量稍有增加,pH降低,碱化度下降,阳离子交换量减少;土壤调理剂的施用量对上海青的株高、叶片数及叶绿素相对含量(SPAD值)影响不显著,地上部鲜重呈先增后减的趋势;土壤调理剂施用量为2 250 kg/hm2时,上海青产量表现最好。从上海青长势及成本考虑,叶菜土壤调理剂施用量以750~2 250 kg/hm2为宜。
A new type of soil conditioner produced with humic acid powder and dolomite as raw materials is used to carry out the pakchoi (Brassica chinensis L.) pot experiment to study the influence of the soil conditioner on the growth of pakchoi (Brassica chinensis L.) and the changes in soil physical and chemical properties, the optimal application rate for combined application of soil conditioner and compound fertilizer is determined. 5 treatments are set up in the experiment, and the agronomic traits of pakchoi (Brassica chinensis L.) and the physical and chemical properties of the soil are investigated. The results show that the application of soil conditioner can improve the physical and chemical properties of alkaline soil, with a slight increase in organic matter content, a decrease in pH, a decrease in alkalinity, and a decrease in cation exchange capacity; the application rate of soil conditioner has no significant effect on the plant height, leaf number and relative chlorophyll content (SPAD value) of pakchoi (Brassica chinensis L.), and the fresh weight of the above-ground part increases first and then decreases; when the application rate is 2 250 kg/hm2, the yield of pakchoi (Brassica chinensis L.) is the best. Considering the growth of pakchoi (Brassica chinensis L.) and cost, the appropriate application rate of soil conditioner for leafy vegetable is 750~2 250 kg/hm2.
