根据行业标准《肥料增效剂 双氰胺含量的测定》(NY/T 2877—2015),采用超高效液相色谱法测定稳定性肥料中双氰胺的含量,对测定过程中的不确定度来源进行了分析,主要为标准溶液配制、标准曲线拟合、样品制备、样品测量重复性等4个方面。按《测定不确定度评定与表示》(JJF 1059.1—2012)的规定进行不确定度计算,双氰胺含量的测量不确定度来源主要为标准溶液配制与标准曲线拟合。稳定性肥料中双氰胺的合成标准不确定度为0.002 4%,扩展不确定度为0.005%,测定结果为0.168%±0.005%(k=2)。
According to the industry standard "Fertilizer synergists—Determination of dicyandiamide content" (NY/T 2877—2015), the content of dicyandiamide in stabilized fertilizer is determined by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography, and the sources of uncertainty in the determination process are analyzed mainly in four aspects: standard solution preparation, standard curve fitting, sample preparation, and sample measurement repeatability. The uncertainty is calculated according to the "Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement" (JJF 1059.1—2012). The sources of uncertainty in the measurement of dicyandiamide content mainly come from standard solution preparation and standard curve fitting. The synthetic standard uncertainty of dicyandiamide in stabilized fertilizer is 0.002 4%, the expanded uncertainty is 0.005%, and the measurement result is 0.168%±0.005% (k=2).
