新型微生物生态肥在春花生生产中的应用

摘要:

介绍了以枯草芽孢杆菌、解淀粉芽孢杆菌、胶冻样芽孢杆菌、侧孢短小芽孢杆菌为菌剂的新型微生物生态肥的生产方法。为了验证新型微生物生态肥的功效,以春花生为试验对象,开展了田间小区试验。试验共设4个处理,以不施肥处理为对照。结果表明:与对照处理相比,新型微生物生态肥处理的春花生双仁果数增加64.4%,单仁果数减少20.0%,产量提高54.9%;对茎腐病、根腐病、叶斑病、根结线虫病的防病有效率分别提高57.1%、67.3%、53.6%、60.9%。新型微生物生态肥不仅实现了春花生生产减肥增产的目的,而且对春花生土传病害具有良好的防控效果。

Abstract:

The production method of new microbial ecological fertilizer with Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, Bacillus gelatinosus and Bacillus laterosporus as inoculants is introduced. In order to verify the efficacy of the new microbial ecological fertilizer, a field plot experiment is carried out on spring peanut. There are four treatments in the experiment and one without fertilization is taken as control group. The results show that compared with the control treatment, the number of double kernels increased by 64.4%, the number of single kernel decreased by 20.0%, and the yield of peanut increased by 54.9%; the control efficiency of stem rot, root rot, leaf spot and root knot nematode increased by 57.1%, 67.3%, 53.6% and 60.9% respectively. The new microbial ecological fertilizer can not only realizes the purpose of reducing fertilizer consumption and increasing yield in peanut production, but also has good control effect on soil borne diseases of peanut.
