介绍了180 kt/a磷酸铵装置转产含中微量元素硝硫基控失复合肥的生产原理、工艺流程和主要控制指标。针对含中微量元素硝硫基控失复合肥在实际生产中出现的问题,分析原因后,提出了相应的改进措施。通过更换新母料、提高造粒机内液固比、控制热风炉炉膛温度、增加硫酸钾校秤次数等措施,不断优化各项工艺指标,生产出了合格的硝硫基控失复合肥。

The production principle, process flow and main control indicators of the conversion of a 180 kt/a ammonium phosphate unit to the production of nitro-sulfur loss-control compound fertilizer containing medium and trace elements are introduced. In order to deal with the problems in the actual production of nitro-sulfur loss-control compound fertilizer containing medium and trace elements, several reasons are being analyzed. By changing new master-batch, increasing liquid-soild ratio in granulator, controlling furnace temperature of hot blast stove, increasing times of potassium sulfate scale calibration and continuously optimizing the process parameters to produce qualified nitro-sulfur loss-control compound fertilizer.
