低温甲醇洗装置排放尾气中挥发性有机物治理技术改造

摘要:

随着国家标准《石油化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB 31571—2015)的实施,低温甲醇洗装置排放尾气中的挥发性有机污染物含量无法满足排放要求。结合装置实际情况,进行了低温甲醇洗工艺及相关设备的技术改造。改造后低温甲醇洗装置排放尾气中的甲醇和非甲烷总烃质量浓度分别由99、27 mg/m3(标态)降至31、22 mg/m3(标态),达到了排放指标要求。所提出的改造方法投资少、施工难度低,不增加脱盐水等原料的消耗,达到了节能减排的目的。

Abstract:

With the implementation of the national standard "Emission standard of pollutants for petroleum chemistry industry" (GB 31571—2015), the content of volatile organic pollutants in the tail gas of low temperature methanol washing unit can no longer meet the emission requirements. Combined with the actual situation of the unit, the low temperature methanol washing process and related equipments are being technical transformed. After transformation, the mass concentrations of methanol and non methane hydrocarbons in the tail gas from the rectisol unit are decreased from 99 mg/m3 and 27 mg/m3 (standard state) to 31 mg/m3 and 22 mg/m3 (standard state) respectively, meeting the emission requirements. The proposed transformation method has the advantages of less investment, low construction difficulty and no increase in the consumption of raw materials such as desalted water, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.
