摘要:

五环气化炉粉煤加压气化装置制取的粗煤气中一氧化碳含量高、水气比低,为避免在第1变换炉中发生高放热的甲烷化副反应,选用具有抑制甲烷化副反应功能的QDB-05、QDB-04型催化剂。介绍了QDB-05、QDB-04型催化剂的物理性能、使用条件、装填和升温硫化过程。工业应用情况表明,上述耐硫变换催化剂具有较好的变换活性和活性稳定性,同时具有抑制甲烷化副反应的功能。催化剂床层温度容易控制,装置运行平稳,能满足高CO含量、低水气比原料气的变换要求。

Abstract:

Due to the fact that the content of carbon monoxide in the raw gas produced by Wuhuan gasifier pressurized pulverized coal gasification unit is high and the water gas ratio is low, the high exothermic methanation side reaction in the first shift converter is avoided by using QDB-05 and QDB-04 catalysts with the function of inhibiting side reaction. The physical properties, service conditions, loading and temperature rising vulcanization process of QDB-05 and QDB-04 catalysts were introduced. Industrial application showed that the sulfur tolerant shift catalysts has both good shift activity and activity stability, and can also inhibit the side reaction. The temperature of the catalyst bed can be easily controlled as well as the unit also can operate smoothly, which meet the requirements of feed gas conversion with high carbon monoxide content and low water gas ratio.
