为验证腐殖酸复合肥料施用的安全性,开展了花生盆栽试验。试验采用混施和不同施肥距离的条沟状施肥两种方式,以不施肥为对照,共设置6个处理,通过考察株高、分枝数、叶绿素相对含量(SPAD值)、出苗和开花情况、植株生物量、土壤理化性质变化情况、养分利用情况等,评价不同施肥方式和施肥距离对花生生长的影响。结果表明:条沟状施肥效果优于混施的;施肥距离为7 cm的条沟状施肥效果较好,与混施相比,株高增加32.98%,分枝数平均增加2个,植株地上部、地下部鲜质量增加2.03倍、1.72倍,植株中氮、磷、钾的累积量分别是混施的2.33倍、1.75倍、2.39倍。盆栽花生施用腐殖酸复合肥宜采用条沟状施肥方式,理想的施肥距离为7 cm。
In order to verify the safety of compound fertilizer containing humic acid, peanut pot experiment is carried out. Six treatments are set up and one without fertilization is taken as the control group. The effects of different fertilization methods and distances on peanut growth are evaluated by measuring plant height, branch number, relative content of chlorophyll (SPAD value), seeding emergence and flowering, plant biomass, soil physical and chemical properties and nutrient utilization. The results show that the effect of furrow fertilization is better than that of mixed fertilization. Furthermore, the best fertilization effect is achieved when the furrow fertilization distance is at 7 cm. Comparing with the mixed application, the plant height increased by 32.98%, the number of branches increased by 2 on average, the fresh weight of aboveground as well as underground plants increased by 2.03 times and 1.72 times, and the accumulation of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in plants increased by 2.33 times, 1.75 times and 2.39 times, respectively. Therefore, 7 cm furrow application is an ideal distance for peanut pot fertilization of compound fertilizer containing humic acid.
