采用芽孢杆菌、乳杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌等微生物制取活化复合发酵菌剂,在常温下酵解粉碎成匀浆的低值鱼类产品,使鱼蛋白发酵降解成多种游离氨基酸和小分子有机活性物质;按行业标准《含氨基酸水溶肥料》(NY 1429-2010)的要求添加微量元素,制得鱼蛋白氨基酸水溶肥。1年的田间肥效试验结果表明:施用鱼蛋白氨基酸水溶肥可明显促进柑橘的长势、提升柑橘的品质、增加柑橘的产量。鱼蛋白氨基酸水溶肥可充分利用海洋生物资源,又绿色环保,推广应用将改善因长期施用化肥带来的土壤环境恶化、食品安全受威胁等问题。
Micro-organisms such as Bacillus, Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium is used to prepare activated compound fermentation agent. After being fermented and crushed into homogenate low value fish products at room temperature, in order to ferment and degrade fish protein into a variety of free amino acids and small molecular organic active substances, the product is then added with trace elements according to the requirements of industry standard "Water-soluble fertilizers containing amino-acids" (NY 1429-2010). The fish protein amino acid water-soluble fertilizer is then prepared. The results of a year of field fertilizer efficiency test show that the application of fish protein amino acid water-soluble fertilizer can significantly promote and improve the growth, quality, yield of citrus. Due to the fact that fish protein amino acid water-soluble fertilizer makes full use of marine biological resources and also environmental friendly, long term application can effectively improve the problems of soil environment deterioration and food safety threats which both caused by long-term application of chemical fertilizer.
