提高纸面石膏板抗折强度和黏纸性的试验研究

摘要:

针对湿法磷酸生产过程中副产的磷石膏杂质含量较多,以磷石膏为原料制得的纸面石膏板存在强度偏低、黏纸性差等问题,开展了强度改良试验和黏纸性改良试验。结果表明:以磷石膏为原料一步法烘制半水石膏时的控制指标为半水石膏质量分数≥65.00%、二水石膏质量分数≤4.90%、比表面积4 800~6 400 m2/kg,如果无水石膏质量分数>14.99%,应陈化后再用于生产;在半水石膏中添加质量分数不超过2%的磷石膏、恒温40 ℃结束初凝和终凝,有助于提高黏纸性。

Abstract:

During the production process of wet-process phosphoric acid, the by-product phosphogypsum has a lot of impurities. Therefore, the gypsum plasterboard made from phosphogypsum has several problems such as low strength and poor stickiness. In order to solve those problems, strength improvement test and stickiness improvement test are being carried out. The results show that the control index of one-step drying hemihydrate gypsum with phosphogypsum as raw material is that the mass fraction of hemihydrate gypsum is higher than 65.00%, the mass fraction of dihydrate gypsum is lower than 4.90% and the specific surface area is 4 800-6 400 m2/kg. If the mass fraction of anhydrous gypsum is more than 14.99%, the product should be aged before adding into the process. Less than 2% phosphogypsum should added to the hemihydrate gypsum and the initial setting and final setting should at 40 ℃ in order to improve the stickiness.
